Spring Onion Pancake (poured)

2 cup flour
4 cups warm water
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame oil
3-4 spring onions

Cut up the spring onions finely (green bits and all)
Sift the flour into a big bowl
Add 3 cups of warm/hot water into the bowl
Mix the mixture while adding the rest of the water. Make sure there is no lumps. I found egg beater works best
Add the spring onions, sesame oil and salt and mix
Oil a pan and turn the heat onto medium
Take a 1/2 cup of the mixture and pour onto the pan
Tip the pan in a circular motion to ensure the mixture is evenly distributed
Cook until both sides are golden
Serve, eat, enjoy.

Serves 2 fatsos having a late weekend breakfast

No proper online recipes for this so I just had to do a little experimentation myself. Turned out really well - just like how I remember it was like as a kid.
